ML/AI Intern - Next-Generation Developer
We believe the future belongs to developers who can orchestrate AI tools to deliver solutions at unprecedented speed. If you can prompt, iterate, validate, and ship – we want to meet you.
Position Details
Positions Available: 2-3 openings
Location: Hyderabad, onsite (no remote/hybrid)
Duration: 3 months paid (10000 per month)
Opportunity: Full-time employment based on performance
High-Priority Requirement
You must have extensive hands-on experience using AI tools for actual development. If you’ve never spent hours iterating with ChatGPT/Claude to debug code, refine solutions, or build projects – this role isn’t for you yet.
Your primary skill: Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to solve complex problems efficiently.
What makes you different: You understand that AI is your pair programmer, not your replacement. You know its quirks, its failure modes, and how to extract gold from its occasionally confused outputs.
Three-Stage Selection Process
Stage 1: Technical Assignment (Shortlisted candidates only)
The Challenge: Write a technical article on a subject of your choice that meets professional quality standards (we’ll provide a benchmark example).
Submit:
- Technical article (with code examples, analysis, insights)
- Supporting code in a public GitHub repository
- Documentation showing how to reproduce your work
Deadline: 24 hours from receiving the assignment email
Important:
- On-time submission is mandatory – late submissions will not be considered
- Use AI tools if you want, but demonstrate understanding and validation
- We expect you to show your work, including iterations and refinements
Stage 2: Online Interview (For on-time submissions)
Format:
- Duration: 45-60 minutes
- Platform: Teams/ Google Meet / Zoom
- Focus: Discussion of your technical assignment and AI tool usage
What we’ll discuss:
- Your approach to the technical article
- Challenges you faced and how you solved them
- Your AI tool workflow and prompting strategies
- Technical decisions and trade-offs you made
- How you validated AI-generated content
- Your understanding of the code you submitted
Stage 3: The Arena (in-person)
- 1-hour live problem-solving session
- Your laptop, any AI tools, full internet
- Real problem, real time pressure
- We watch How you work with AI
We're Looking For:
- Developers who treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut.
- Critical thinkers who can debug both AI and human mistakes.
- People who’ve already learned AI’s limitations through real practice.
- Builders who can ship fast, learn fast, and iterate continuously.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot for code generation, debugging, and solution design.
- Basic understanding of ML/AI concepts and the current AI ecosystem
- Version control knowledge – proficiency with Git and GitHub (branching, commits, pull requests, issue tracking).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex tasks logically.
- Critical thinking skills to identify and correct AI-generated errors.
- Flexibility to work across diverse areas, including:
1. Lead generation and market research for AI-driven outreach
2. AI-based problem solving and experimentation
3. Technical content and article writing related to AI and software development - Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a fast-moving, small-team environment.
- Self-driven learner who adapts quickly to new technologies and feedback.
We Don’t Care About:
- Your GPA
- Whether you can invert a binary tree on a whiteboard
- Traditional coding interviews
- Perfect, polished solutions
If you’ve never had an AI confidently give you wrong code that took 30 minutes to debug, you’re not ready.
